This is another inspiring commercial by nike. I think this commercial is more focused towards athletes trying to excel at their sport as oppose to the sparqs one where it focused more on trying to get people out there and be active. This commercial says a whole lot without saying anything at all. Me being an athlete myself, i can related to the character in the commercial. You first start playing the sport out of love hoping that one day a scout can notice you and take you to that next level. The commercial protrays this very well, it shows the struggles that an athlete can go through trying to make it to the top. But with all the distractions the character stuggled. But when things got rough he always went back to square one (trainning) whitch is something you always do as an athlete when things are going bad. The journey to the top is long and hard,but as long as you stay focused you'll be able to excel at the top levels. The commercial does a good job in showing this.

This commercial was created to inspire. Its very inspirational to viewers of all ages and gender. This commercial says alot without saying alot. I think the way it uses star athletes was very affective. Usually when you see star athletes in advertisements their doing some type of gimmick to entertain the viewers and get the viewer to buy something. In this commercial it shows them using the nike sparq trainning gear getting down and dirty. You can actually see the sweat on their face as well as the intensity. Also it shows little girls trainning indicating that anyone can use the product and get better. The music also sets a tone for the commercial, it makes you want to get up and do something.
